Safety

Safety is a core value at Pinnacle Metal Products.

Our commitment in time, effort and resources meets & exceeds OSHA requirements. Safety is not just something we do, or rules we follow- Safety is at the core of who we are from our plant to your job site.

Through Safety Grants, and working closely with the Ohio BWC and OSHA we have implemented numerous safety programs. We feature online classes using the Keller System. This provides accurate up-to-date documentation for our personnel and ensures that we are informed and trained for any changing regulations.

Training

All of our field supervisors and Project Managers have their 30-hour OSHA cards. All field personnel must have their 10-hour OSHA card before they can even start working in the field.

We have classroom training monthly that is developed and maintained by our safety manager. We spend a minimum of 1,000 hours annually on safety training.

In addition to this we also have a BWC approved wellness program to assure the continued quality of life for our employees.
